Rainbow Baby Shower

I had so much fun doing this Rainbow Baby Shower for my nephew and his girlfriend. I just love all the colors & that it came out so good!

Peach Wedding

Like I said in my last blog, I also had a wedding that weekend too. I had to grab a few helpers to accomplish the designs I came up with. Thank GOD for them they were the breath of fresh air that I needed to get everything all done! EVEN though is RAINED, yes RAINED while we were decorating and yes is was an outdoor wedding! We got everything finished just in time! Even the sun came out right when the bride & groom showed up! It was one of the most challenging projects that I have done, but in the end it came out fantastic! Cheers to the new couple & the bright sun! Ha! 

Esperanza

This weekend was a pretty busy one, literally. I had a funeral one day and a wedding the next. Very emotionally draining. But that's life, we can only make the best of it.  Some people grieve through tears, or "gritos de llanto" Me? I create. Dedicating my work to those who have passed.  My boyfriends aunt, Esperanza (in English-Hope) had suffered from domestic violence and left behind a beautiful 12 year old girl to venture this world alone. Therefore, I created this floral wreath not only for Esperanza, but for her daughter, who now has the perfect angel in heaven to look after and guide her through this rough path that we call life. I dedicate this to you Esperanza Robledo, descansa en paz. 

Cascading Wedding Bouquet

I recently had the opportunity to make a cascading wedding bouquet for a friend of a friend. Made with white roses, orchids, leaves and a Oasis bouquet holder (which made it so much easier) Took me a couple of hours to create but, the woman loved it. Which makes me even HAPPIER! I will post a better pic & the bride soon! :) 

Beautiful Bella

Hello all! Since this is my first blog, I figured I'd start off with my first and only child Bella. Aww I love her dearly. I recently made her this tutu dress and matching mad hatter hat. I love it! As does she! Of course she has to model it for me too, so I got to use my awesome new Sony NEX 6 camera that does every thing. I hope you enjoy! :)
